For the fragrance house, it’s something to be cognizant of… and worn at all times!
Billed an olfactory expression of the value of time, Amouage Essences underwent a six-month aging process inclusive of a double-infusion with sandalwood and artisanal oakwood barrels. Each fragrance – Reason and Lustre – is highly concentrated, containing 30% pure perfume oils to yield a deep, layered scent experience.
Reason contains top notes of cardamom, hazelnut, cinnamon and schinus mole; heart notes of patchouli, pine, amber, cypriol and davana; and base notes of benzoin, cistus, sandalwood, cedarwood, vetiver, myrrh, oakmoss, musks and trendy palo santo.
Lustre contains top notes of cardamom and orris; heart notes of patchouli, sandalwood and cedarwood; and base notes of benzoin, labdanum, vanilla, cypriol, styrax, tonka bean and myrrh.
